My absolute fondest memories have been my trail rides taken at B & R Riding Stables in Prospect Connecticut, and of Patty the owner... Upon arrival Patty greeted us with smiles. Patty made us feel welcome and comfortable, took the time to explain "horses" get us settled in the saddle, keep us safe, and oh what rides we have taken. The scenery is beautiful.
I went from beginner to intermediate and did dabble in a few advanced rides, Patty always there guiding me and others. I have always had a wonderful time riding there. I had so much fun that I now own two horses of my own.
It's been some years since I have been there. Still to this day when someone asks me "where can I go and trail ride", I never have a hesitation and always respond B&R Riding Stables in Prospect. Patty thank you so much for the fond and everlasting memories.
