You must be approximately 10 years old to ride, unless you have been on a trail ride before or taken lessons.

The stable is open 7 days a week weather permitting, however, we do ride by reservation. You are welcome to stop by and ride if there is an opening, however, there is no quarantee that there will be a ride going out upon your arrival. Please make reservation.
4. Do you walk and trot on the rides?
Our trail rides are based on riders abilities. Rides can be walk, trot/jog, and lope/canter. It all depends on the riders' abilities.

Yes. There is a 200 lb weight limit to go on a trail ride. If this may be an issue, speak with Patti when you call to make your reservation.

No. Our season runs from the end of April to the beginning of November. We are usually open 7 days a week, including most holidays through that time.

At this time, we do not offer riding lessons. We provide a short lesson in the ring before you go out onto the trail if you have never been on a horse before.

Absolutely. If you have ridden with us before, and enjoyed the horse you rode, let Patti know when your making your reservation if you would like to ride that horse again. It is not a problem as long as the horse is not already reserved for another rider.
9. Can you ride for more then an hour?
Longer trail rides are available. They do not go out every day, so please call Patti in advance if you would like to reserve a longer trail ride.
